Maximum limit of net retention of RNIP members
on NTPL insurance for 2015-2016

According to the decision of Supervisory Board of RNIP (Minutes ¹169 dd.29.04.15) maximum limit of net retention of RNIP members on NTPL insurance for 2015-2016 is approved at the amount of 1,6 mlrd. rubles, and on MD reinsurance contracts of OJSC “Concern "Rosenergoatom" at the amount of 2,5 mlrd.rubles.

RNIP arranged third party liability co-insurance agreement for OJSC “Concern "Rosenergoatom". The limit of liability is fixed in accordance with Vienna Convention (1963) on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage. 76,40% share of RNIP liability on NTPL of OJSC “Concern "Rosenergoatom" for 2015-2016 are reinsured in 16 foreign pools of the International pooling system.
