Nuclear Liability project Group meeting in Brussels, Belgium

| A meeting of Nuclear Liability project Group took place September 22, 2015, in Brussels, Belgium, at Insurance Europe’s offices. It was aimed to proceed in working out a draft law on TPL insurance in EU countries with nuclear power plants. Mr. Rudenskiy, General Manager of RANI, took part in the meeting. The main topic for discussion was TPL insurance legislation in EU and anti-trust legislation on nuclear insurance and reinsurance. During the meeting the President of RANI also took the opportunity to hold bilateral negotiations with representatives of NNI (Finland) and CNP (Croatia). |
