Restated Ñharter is approved by RANI

In connection with the necessity to adjust some provisions of RANI Charter in accordance with the new legislation of the Russian Federation (National law of February 11, 2013, ¹ 8 – ÔÇ "On introducing amendments to part 1 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and National law "On non-commercial organizations"), as well as to clarify certain points and statements, 27 November 2014 at RANI General Assembly meeting (Minutes ¹ 20) it was decided to approve  amended and restated Charter of RANI.
