RNIP arranged third party liability co-insurance agreement for OJSC “Concern "Rosenergoatom". The limit of liability is fixed in accordance with Vienna Convention (1963) on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage. 54% share of RNIP liability on NTPL of OJSC “Concern "Rosenergoatom" for 2014-2015 are reinsured in 16 foreign pools of the International pooling system, namely:

British Insurance Pool, Spanish Insurance Pool, Swiss Insurance Pool, Czech Insurance Pool, Slovak Insurance Pool, Slovenian Insurance Pool, Croatian Insurance Pool, China Insurance Pool, Taiwan Insurance Pool, Ukrainian Insurance Pool, Hungarian Insurance Pool, Dutch Insurance Pool, Belorussian Insurance Pool, Belgian Insurance Pool, French Insurance Pool, Brazilian Insurance Pool.
